Designed for a growing software development company, the project program focused on providing the client with a state-of-the-art building. The design priority was not only in terms of aesthetics and materiality, but also in functionality and atmosphere – all within budget. The exterior of the building is clad with metal panels, fiber cement board siding with low-profile Xtreme Trim, and insulated glazing. The office provides a modern and fresh landmark in a large office development. The design focused on being efficient with the available footprint and making the most use out of every space. Efficiency and functionality in design come together when the building’s main conference room is opened to include the airy and spacious lobby as a versatile assembly space. Care was taken to include abundant daylight in the both private and open office environments. Access flooring provides flexibility for their current operations and future growth needs.
