After leasing an office space for several years, FirstLine Funding Group needed a larger, more flexible office space for the variety of services provided by their financing solution departments. The building makes best use of natural daylight by lining the perimeter of the building with open office spaces, a training room, a breakroom, and corner lobby. Light shelves and awnings placed in strategic locations effectively manage sunlight by bringing desirable light farther into the building, and keeping nuisance glares to a minimum. Ceilings are high throughout to maintain an open, light-filled space.
