The Silicon Valley based company, Farmers Business Network, was rapidly out growing their existing Sioux Falls space with over 100 team members. Thinking of future growth and success, the owner wanted to create an environment that would be a major differentiator to attract dedicated workers to their dynamic culture. This meant opening the entire office footprint to infuse light into the space, eliminating individual offices, and incorporating collaboration zones/meeting rooms for the company’s collaboration approach of sales, finance, call center, and training facility. We were able to capture the company’s vision quickly and design a significant upgraded interior environment for the right price and on time with the construction team. Alanna collaborated with all professionals during the design process and because of productive communication, the final space far exceeded the owner’s expectations. As the interior finishes came together, the furniture and lighting packages were selected and incorporated to fully capture the office environment’s true potential. Since they moved in, we have heard rave reviews which makes us feel we hit the mark for the leadership team and their employees.
