Huntington Village Apartments is a large housing project, comprised of three 60-unit apartment buildings. A community building with outdoor pool, patio, and two guest suites for guests of residents are located in center of the site. The development includes parking throughout, with nearly 130 underground parking stalls for residents. The community center provides residents with access to a large gathering room with kitchen and fireplace, as well as an exercise room. Outside amenities include a pool, large playground, dog park, and walking paths. The project is built on the fast-growing east side of Sioux Falls near shopping centers and other amenities.
