Exchange State Bank Hills, MN
Exchange State Banks growth was prohibited by their existing space. To accommodate their needs and future growth they added additional offices, a larger conference room, finished off the lower level to house their IT department, and reconfigured the main floor. They also wanted to update the exterior as well. Architectural metal “wood” panels, new windows, roof, and a new vestibule entrance was added to the front of the bank. The entire main floor was reconfigured and finished with new interior finishes. Larger windows at the interior office walls provide visual connection between the staff and patrons, and new furniture was added to the lobby for casual seating.
